I'm very disappointed that DirecTV no longer allows me to login to my account from my Firefox browser. They now allow me to login only if I'm using either Chrome or Edge.

No problem logging in via Firefox version 156.0 on a Mac.

My Firefox is on a Windows PC. I even called DirecTV tech support and the answer was "we no longer support that browser. Use Google Chrome."

Have you tried dumping your Cookies ?

Worked fine from here on my Desktop running Chrome

I have had the issue in the past but this morning it logged me right in. It even allowed me to access the DIRECTV Perks website using Firefox for the first time in a along time.

I went to the about:compat site and enabled it for directv.com. It was disabled but now it works

talking to dtv CSR'S is one of the most useless things you can do in life!!! . Oh and dont use a VPN or it won't let you on the site either.
