Comcast Blocks Sling TV Ads

? No one changed anything.... Companies have the right not to accept commercials. (political has own rules)

Actually, broadcasters do NOT have the right to arbitrarily choose not to air and ad. If they do choose to reject and ad, it can be appealed to the FCC, and it is they who will make the final decision. Further, if the window for a campaign has passed by the time the FCC rules, the station(S) can be fined for having refused the ads, especially for "competitive" reasons. They will have to air future ads from such "competition". I'm sure Comcast considers any fines chump change and the cost of doing business to keep everyone ignorant of an option to Comcast. And, now that they are not getting TWC, Comcast has returned to its NASTY, old anti-consumer self again that Brian Roberts has worked so hard to establish as a corporation from hell.
