I recommend you set the output of the 6412 to match the native resolution of your TV for best HD picture. And, set 4:3 Override to 480i, so that your TV, which most likely has better processing than the 6412, will up-convert it to your TV's native resolution. The 6412 upconversion can make SD look soft, grainy, and smeared.
