Does anyone have a copy of the Obama speech as shot by VOOM, Dish Net or NHK?

The HD Content was actually shot by NHK of Japan, and was aired on both VOOM and Dish Network.

Since there is no way to record HD from VOOM, chances are better that someone from Dish Network may have got the footage.
