Journey Through India Premieres: Monday, May 11, at 9 p.m.
India's diversity offers everything you could ever want to explore and discover in a film — from the Himalayas in the North to the surrounding seas of India's dramatic coastline. This half-hour program showcases a variety of landscapes, magnificent historical sites, cities booming with culture, and a population as diverse as any on the planet. Journey Through India contains some of the most amazing High Definition footage ever shot taking the viewer through the city streets of Delhi, a mountain road high in the Himalayas, the Taj Mahal at dawn, and the biggest fort in all of India. Viewers will see things that they've only read about in books and magazines: snake charmers, elephant taxis, camel herders, carpet makers and much more.
