Directv - No signal from Satellite A

We have an oval dish with a terk? multiswitch .. we got the Searching for Satelillite message. We checked for obstructions (none) tested hookups on old 4 out switch ... and for both switches .. get signal for Sat B but not for Sat A. Do not believe that the dish has moved at all .. could there be anything else to check?
