Dish 1000 mast

Is the Dish 1000 mast the same size as the superdish? I'm haveing the 1000 installed and was wondering if they could just swap the dises out and use the same mounting.

No the dish 1000 uses a 1 5/8" mast the super dish is 2"

They can use a 'pole-adapter' on the SuperDish mast and put the Dish 1000 there.

Provided they can get a LOS from the 129 satellite. (START PRAYING!!!)

Some of the SuperDish mounting foot hole patterns are the same as the ones for the Dish500. So, if it is not glued to the roof shingles, you might be able to use the same screws and holes.
