my caller id has never worked on my tv i have a 522 unit i check to see if it is turn on and it is i have caller id on my phone also i have a older model 48 in screen tv thank you hiflyer

You have lots of company. Mine has never worked on two receivers, while my caller ID works fine on all phones in the place.
