Dish 721 weird problem

Noticed today on my 721 that in the background of my picture. I see horizontal bars scrolling across my screen. Has anyone else seen this happen ?

How is the 721 connected to the TV.

RF out. Tried new cables and same thing..

You may want to try another hookup like rca or s video. It may be were the connection is on the back of the tv. If the F part going into the tv is loose it may be causing it to fuss up I have seen that alot. If it does the same thing it may be the reciever. If you dont have rca hookups on the tv then try bringing another tv from another room and hooking it up to the 721. Good luck.
