Dish anywhere app not working. help ?

hi guys!

So my Dish Anywhere will work on my phone when on 4G and when I connect to my home's wireless network. (all is good with this).

It will not connect when using my laptop and the same wireless home network. It will not connect when use my PC and the same router via ethernet cable.

I have rebooted the router, I have rebooted the dish receiver. I have reset the dish network connection. The Hoppers show up on my PCs network connected devices.

Any thoughts ? (or wait on Dish network to fix something?)

ps: Both PCs are windows 10 and I am using Google Chrome as a browser.

i just tried MS Edge, same issue. PCs cant seem to connect to my receiver.

There is ongoing work on DA, but I suspect that is not the problem.

I had a lot of problems getting DA to work with my 3 firesticks. What finally seemed to fix the problems was giving them priority in the router network settings. You might also want to check to make sure your downstream bandwidth setting is not zero like mine was.
