Dish Locals Map

I remember a few years ago, someone here posted a link to a website that showed all the local channels available for every city in each state, and whether each station was currently active or in a carriage dispute.

It had a large chart on it with all the cities listed alphabetically and everything. Really easy to tell for instance if a particular city had the CW for example.

Does anyone still have that link?
