Dish N It Up Rebate Website?

I upgraded to Dish HD with the Dish N It Up deal...but I cannot find the web address for the rebate form...does anyone know off hand? I think there was also a site to track your rebate's progress...

IF you read 5 posts down Scott says that the 100 rebate is going away tomorrow on 8/15/07. So which do we believe ? The first post that Scott made or the second one ?

yeah i noticed that

i checked the other day and it had no record yet of even receiving my mail in

so much for that check

and my dishhd rebate was supossed to kick in within a week of my upgrade automatically because of the voom cutoff
