If u live in NC and get a Wally Receiver and a Dish Tailgate dish can u switch your physical address to New York City address can u get the main 4 networks ABC CBS NBC AND FOX on Satellite 119 in NC that way to watch NFL FOOTBALL NEW YORK GIANTS GAMES
 
It's not "illegal" for a consumer to receive out of market signals, although the method you use may violate your service provider's TOS (Terms Of Service). It is illegal for your provider to knowingly supply you with out of market signals under STELAR (Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act Reauthorization). And as mentioned, spot beam technology does limit the availability of out of market signals in most cases.

So would u be able to receive the 4 major networks with a Wally and a dish pointed at 119 to watch the games with a New York address
