Dish Remote Codes

I have a Magnavox 32Mf337B27 tv. I can't get the dish remote to control it. No matter if I plug in the codes or do a scan. Does that mean it won't work it at all or is there another thing to try.

Try the Philips codes.

Get a 21.0 remote and if doesn't have your code stored (it has a TON more than a 5.3 or 6.3), it'll learn it. I got one from ebay for $17 shipped.

The code for a Magnavox/Phillips is 566. Push and hold the TV button until all four lights across the top light. Then enter "566", push pound button, TV button will blink three times, give the remote a couple of seconds and you should now be able to control your tv.
