Dish trying to keep existing customers

Has any one else (current customers) received a mailer from Dish with a "special" offer to either upgrade to HD for free or receive $10 off current programming for 12-months along with some other incentives with a 24 month commitment?
If so, have you called on it? I'm wondering if this applies to us grandfathered HD Absolute folks.

They are likely trying to get people "hooked" on 12 mo commitments to reduce churn.

I got one this week. My 18 month commitment is over at the end of this month. They're trying to get us to re-up for 24 mos. If you received on, it applies. I'm going to pass.
