Dish TV / Windows 7 / Live stream to Internet website

Hi all,

I've Dish TV network at home and I want to connect to PC and then stream channel(s) over internet to my website.

I would like to know....What will be the best TV Tuner card which works with DISH TV Signal?

I'm planning to use windows media encoder to stream the channel to website.
