Will they ever sale the dishanywhere account access alone for people that don't want to go for yearly contracts and all that mumbo jumbo?

There is some free content on DISH Anywhere for on demand streaming. Most of the on demand content on the site does require a subscription to the channel with DISH. I ahve not heard of any plans to change the way the site works at this point.

Mobile data caps make mobile streaming nearly impossible. 2 or 3 gigs is nothing.
