Does E* offer CW HD?

What will they do if they dont offer all the HD channels I have in my area?

Will they give me an outdoor antenna and hook it up for me?

If they dont have it then you dont get it. Depending where you are they may sell you a antenna and install it for you.

As far as I know Dish does not carry CW in HD anywhere yet.

Luckily where I live there is a TV Booster that carries CW HD and PBS HD.
