Dual Tuner- 322 lesson needed

Is there a way for a current E* subscriber to purchase a 322 (E-bay etc.) and get it activated. Right now I have 2- 301 subscription fees & would like to drop one.

There are significant risks with buying a x22 receiver - search on "522 eBay" you should find plenty to chew on, and it ALL applies to the 322, too.
