What is the feature " Skip Forward"? In the brochure it says it will skip forward in 30 second increments, does this mean if i am watching live TV I can fast forward through the commercials or so i have to be on a recorded show?

Only thru dvr'd content can you skip forward... Btw... Welcome to SatelliteGuys and the Dish Network/Dish Network Dvr/Pvr forum...
