Has anyone who has a 722 noticed that in the Dish Home interactive under the "Sports" tab that ESPN interactive does not show up. All you get is "back" and "TVG". My old 625 had it in the tab.
Now there is one way to get ESPN interactive on a 722, however it is time consuming and annoying.
You have to watch the upper right corner of the screen where they advertise all the interactive programs that they offer. Finally after (I believe) the Papa John's one, then ESPN interactive will be advertised. You then have to highlight it and click it while it is showing. Sometimes you may have to wait several minutes for it to show up.
I had Dish give me another 722 when I originally had this problem, thinking it was just my receiver. But, apparently, all 722s have the same problem (I don't know if the 622 has the same problem.).
You would think the Dish would have straightened this out by now. Does anyone know if they ever intend to do anything about it, such as a software update, or that they are working on it as I am writing this thread?
