Expressvu 6100 OTA

If I cancel my subscription to Bev, will I still be able to use the 6100 for OTA reception?

I didnt know the 6100 did OTA.

If ExpressVu does to it what DIsh does with their 811 (same box), you should be able to use it as a OTA box. You would need the box hooked to the satellite though as the box does need a signal from the satellite

Didn't a recent update to the 811 kill OTA if the box is deactivated? If so, Bell probably did the same as there updates are based on Dish's.

Mine worked OTA before it was activated.
