FCC Tickets ABC Stations With $1.4 Million Indecency Fine

Washington -- The Federal Communications Commission said late Friday it plans to fine 51 ABC affiliates $1.4 million combined for airing female nudity in a February 2003 episode of the police drama NYPD Blue.
