Has anyone else had problems with AT&T not letting you install a dish if the customer wants a bundle rate. I'v lost over 7 sales in the past month allone for this reason. The way it "should" work is you have to do a three way call (you, the customer, and AT&T rep) to set the account up. So you will get the commission and the install. This is all according to there business rules. In reality AT&T will not let a retailer set up a account and install the system if the customer wants the bundle. Our office is in the St louis area. Just wondering if anyone else feels this is bad business.

On a side note. AT&T is also telling new customers (system not in yet) to cancell there dish net order and go with Uverse. Dish corporate has to know about this but still allows it to happen. It gives me a headache dealing with AT&T. I cancelled my phone service and my internet with them because I refuse to give them a dime of my money.

I'm getting off topic so I will stop here. Rant off :D
