Forgetting name of favorite list

I recently had the 522 installed and really like it much better than Comcast cable.

One problem I'm having is that the 522 box is forgetting the names of my favorite lists. I have two lists one named "M & d" and one named "E & g"

The lists still exist on the 522 receiver and it remembers the channels that I added to each list, but sometimes the list name is blank. I then have to rename the list.

Has anybody else seen this problem?

I wonder if the "&" might be the problem?

I was wondering that too.

You would think if the "&" was not allowed it would not be on the onscreen keypad.

I'll give it a try without the "&" and just use A to Z and see what happens.

My 522 has never had a problem with the names of my customized favorite lists. Now it will not remember them no matter how many times I reenter the name. Thanks Dish...fix one thing, break another.
