Is it safe to buy from Ebay? Will D* give me a problem becasue of the "2nd hand" nature of the product?

Just as a reference, D* = Directtv E* = Dish Network. I would say yes directtv would give you a problem bringing the buggy paper weight over and trying to use it on their satellite.LOL Just kidding.
