Fox 2 and NBC in St Louis

It could be some snow or ice on your dish. The two channels that you aren't getting are on a different transponder than the two you are getting. AFAIK there is no system problem.

Anyone here live in St. Louis and have the Eastern Arc dish? If so, what direction does it point? I have a DirecTV dish on the back of my house now; I am switching to DISH and hoping the installer can just replace the dish and use the same mount.

They finally came back, no snow or ice just a F*&k'd up system. Finally complained enough to ceo@dishnetwork.com and they came out to switch me to the eastern arc EXCEPT the new access card for my 722 wasn't delivered so they left. The 612 has revised card (built in).
can anyone tell me what a 10 means in STB Health value 4?

I've had the exact same problem off and on for 2 weeks now. Transponder 18 on Anik-F3 is very weak compared to the rest from our view of the sky.

When Dish was testing to prepare for Ciel-2, a new spotbeam was listed on one of the uplink reports for St. Louis HD locals. Maybe they will turn that on sometime soon. I'm thinking it is part of their Western Arc plans. Does anybody know for certain?
