Yes it was. It was on an extended preview for a limited time, but it has been removed from the Dish Family package. Fox Soccer Channel is still available in America’s Top 120 Plus and America’s Top 250 programming packages.

Don't know if it is an option for you, but you can go the foxsoccer.tv angle, which is $20 a month. You won't be able to watch the FSC game live, but you can watch the others live. fs.tv isn't perfect, however. The amount of content available is tremendous, but the quality of the stream sometimes is less than desired. They haven't had any major hiccups recently.
