Free Previews

NHL Center Ice is in free preveiw for the next week. Don't know why it's not listed on Dish's site.
 
EPIX twitter account posted a tweet about a EPIX free preview this month from Thursday 3/26 - Sunday 3/29
 
Looks like Starz & Encore too. Not sure I got all the Encore channels yet though... I think the official start date according to Starz' announcement is 3/27.
 
How long are the Epix and Starz free previews for?

I've read different things. Looking at the TV Guide on my DVR, they both look like they're through next Friday, April 3. Is that right?

Depends on the provider but for Dish it's just this weekend. If you want to watch/DVR Black Sails season 2 and/or Outlander season 1A now is your chance!

Looks like the following will be in free view: Destination America (194), Sundance TV (126), World Fishing Network (394), Sportsman Channel (395), and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (187). Looks like they will be in free view 4/2-5/5 with the exception of Sundance TV which will be 4/2-5/12.
 
From Dish's recent email, this is apparently the Free Preview lineup for May:

Doesn't just about everyone with Dish have HGTV? Granted, Scripps Networks are almost always part of the preview, so I'm not surprised to see DIY and HGTV. There's also quite a bit for sports fans with both feeds of beIN Sports and Tennis.

I couldn't find a single thing to record from the entire weekend of Cinemax (already have HBO on the same half off deal). Do good movies just never make it to cable anymore (ie. only to Netflix-by-mail)
