"Fresh Blue" Theme Missing a Few Things

After the introduction of the 2017 SatelliteGuys theme, I tried it out for a while and tried going back to the old, plus some of the other themes listed. I tried the "Fresh Blue" and I find I like it. However, there are a few odd bits:

1. People with the default (anonymous) Avatar have just a blank white square, no generic head icon:
   
   
   
   
2. The "Recent Posts" section of the Main Forum Index page doesn't have active links to the recent posts. In fact, any "link" on the right-hand side of the page is dead, almost like there is an HTML element above these links that doesn't react to clicking.
3. When viewing the Threads in a Forum, there is no break between the Sticky (Pinned) Threads at the top of the Forum and the normal threads below.
   
   

I realize that I may be the only one using this Theme, but I wanted to point these items out just in case they might be easy fixes. Thanks again for keeping SatelliteGuys up and running!
