On Friday (4-12) The "round table" show goes an extra hour to 10AM EDT as we visit with local antiques expert and owner of "Americana Auctions" Glen Rairigh. We'll have some on-air appraisals (using the webcam for anyone wanting to WATCH) and bring some lively discussion about collections, values, and appraisals. Learn about Glen's company by clicking on its name.

We've posted a past visit of Glen's to WION on our "video feed" page at www.i1430.com

Then Saturday (4-13) Glen does verbal appraisals of your items for a small fee (each) with proceeds benefiting the Ionia county Historical Society. The event is at the Ionia County Commission on Aging in downtown Ionia. Tune in Friday, then support the cause on Saturday by bringing your items for appraisal!

We'll welcome calls with questions about antiques, proper care, and you can even e-mail pictures and stories of an item you may have that you'd like Glen to look-at during our show (morning@i430.com) Please include all appropriate info about the item, your contact information, and very detailed pictures. We can't guarantee they'll get used, but if its interesting enough for Glen, we'll work it into the show and post the pictures to our website. No personal information beyond your (user?)name and your state of residence will be used publicly, don't worry!

We hope you'll join us on the web feed and on the air Friday April 12th. We always find Glen's visits fun, and you will as well! Please support the Ionia County Historical Society with your antiques and attendance on Saturday April 13th. Need more info? Call or write us at WION Radio!
