Can someone give me a strong Ku Tp for 123w where I can line up on, having trouble locking onto anything on this bird.

Transponder 11731 H 13240 is coming in strong for me & its raining out even. I'm using a 36in dish. Hope this helps you out.

Da what a dumb *&^%# I am!!! I had put a >.75cm lmb arm on a .90cm p star dish know wonder I couldn't grab nothing Da!!!
