Just wanted to brag that I got my poor man's dish at 121 working this morning. I watched Channel 900 for hours. j/k I'm guessing I'll be one of the few people watching Milwaukee locals when they come out Thursday. Sounds like SD installs will be into the middle of Jan.

Parts needed for the job:
Dish Mounting Arm (From and old 300)
6" 2 inch PVC ($0.60)
6" 1 1/2 inch PVC ($0.46)
Primestar Dish and LNB ($35)
SW64 ($51)
-------------------------------------
Grand Total: $87.06

A lot to spend for a couple months, but I had a blast making it work.

Yeah, It adds 12 tests...and it doesn't really seem to matter in this situation. Maybe it's needed for the New 34 and 44 switches.
