Got a hot AZbox?

Every time I touched the top of the azbox I keep thinking it's getting too hot.
It's an Elite and does not have an internal fan and the power supply produces heat as well. I thought of adding a PC fan in the case but then I had an idea that one of those laptop cooling fans would maybe do the trick. I went out and got one at a local store for $8. The fans are powered of a USB port and are ultra quiet. The Azbox fits perfectly on top of the unit like it was made for it. Now when I touch the top of the Azbox it feels

I used similar setup when I used the Pansat 9200 and it worked great!

Yep all of us that run an Elite run use a cooler. I got mine at Big Lots.

I also use a laptop cooling pad with my AZ, and Pansat9200... keeps things running cool

Found an extra dc power connector inside the Premium+, stuck a fan in in when it arrived. Good to keep 'em cool.
