Philo Adds App Support For The Hallmark Channel - Cord Cutters News

It's a good overview and comparison, but as all these articles tend to do, it gets stuff wrong. For example under DirecTV Now, it states, "It’s also the only bundle that faithfully reproduces 60-frames-per-second video on every applicable broadcast." YouTube TV has been offering that for several weeks now.

Does YouTube TV offer 60 fps on every 720p channel most or all of the time? I thought I'd read where that was only available on certain shows and even then, not in all circumstances (this may be a playback software limitation as opposed to a delivery limitation I suppose).

This may not seem like a big deal, but some (most?) services top out at 720 vertical line resolution even for 1080 original content and that can be an issue when viewing on a larger display (>48" to draw a line in the jello).

Yes, as of late September, YTTV completed the transition to upgrading all channels to 60fps. It may depend on device support, and actual appearance of quality will depend on the original quality of any given content being broadcast, of course. But on Roku and PC browser, all channels are showing as 1080p/60fps or 720p/60fps when checking the PQ stats.
