Got almost 400 (about 98% HD) recordings on the drive with about 94% of the available space used.

Have had the 922 since the first day it was available.

No Porn! LOL

We have about 60 timers and record multiple reruns on some of the older shows like seinfeld. I don't get to watch too much TV either. When I do I tend to watch several shows in a sitting.

Change the setting on record, so that it only keeps "x" amount of a particular show. My 622 has that setting. You can set it to say only keep 5 shows, and if you don't watch them on time, when it gets to the 6th recording, it removes 1, and doesn't keep more than 5. Or, there's always an external HD option, that is, if the 922 has that yet?

It has the feature but it's not working. I set up Law & Order and set it to only keep 20 and I've got about 40 on there at this point. I finally just set it to new only to stop it from filling my drive since I had plenty to watch.

I have limits set on certain programs....I think its working OK. I just wanted lots of stuff on the hard drive. I seem to always have something to watch now...I could never do this with our old 633. Maybe 100 shows if we were lucky.

How do you do that? I'd like to use that feature on the kids shows.

When you set up a particular recording, go into the "options" tab, and set the "Maximum Recorded Events" setting to how many you want to keep. Or, if you want to change your present timers, go into your "timers" select one of the shows you want to change, and follow the above.
