HD not listed on Program guide

I have DirecTV HD and I do not get HD channels on the guide, have reset the receiver. Signal 101- 98%, 110- 99%, 119- 100%, 99c -95%, 99s- 71%, 103s- 0%, 103ca -95%, 103cb- 97%. Any ideas?

Look at your display settings to be sure "show hd channels" is checked.
 
Menu/Settings/Display/Preferences/Guide HD Channels

This is where you choose Show all channels, Hide SD channels or Hide HD Channels.

Did any of this help, please let us know and respond so we don't go for dsays trying to figure out other things that may be wrong if you fixed the issue already ...
