I'm trying to watch VOD (free TV shows) and get an error message 890 "HDCP TV not supported."

My TV is a new 4K that says it is HDCP 2.2 suupported. I am plugged into the correct HDMI port (only 3 of 5 work with HDCP). I am using the HDMI cable that DISH brought when they set me up. I am going directly from Hopper 3 to the TV, no splitters.

Now what am I doing worng?

(sorry if this has already been discussed, I didn't find the answer when I searched.)

well, I rebooted the Hopper 3 and now I'm not getting error message. Works fine now. Rebooting is what I should always do first!
