Help: Dish1000 Question!

I have an install today and want a single dish on my roof (Dish1000) for my new 211 receiver. I saw somewhere that anyone east of the Mississippi river must have two dishes (one pointed at 61.5).

I live in Winfield, AL in northwest AL. Will a Dish1000 work in my area?

I have had problems in the past with my Dish Network installer. Seems that I have known more about what was going on than they have. I would like to know what I am getting into this morning.

You can still pickup 129 off of a Dish1000 east of the Mississippi River. Its places in the extreme south or east that is having difficulty picking up the 129 signal. They can put up a seperate dish for 129 if they have a problem getting the signal in on one single dish (instead of putting up a different dish at 61.5).
