hi,

has anyone else been seeing this when installing the Hughes Ka systems? it seems to happen right after you put in the lats/longs and hit submit. we get internal server error 500, and if you refresh the screen the modem is trying to download the commisioning software, but in the top left where it says site name its blank.

we have found that using firefox or a different pc helps some, and after talking to support at hughes, they are aware of it but not sure what is causing it.

just wondering if anyone else has seen this..

Yes been having this problem since the 9000's came out. Its an IE issue and only does it on certain PC's. Best bet is to download firefox on your installer PC and use it, works every time.
