Hopper Update U110 messes up my timers

I have a Hopper HD, and I setup several timers to record throughout the week. I arrange them by order of day of the week to keep the priorities straight. Sometimes, I find the timers that I put at the top further down on the list or deleted altogether. That's what it does when there's are two conflicting timers at the same time. Instead of finding a later air date for the new one, it just deletes the older timer and replaces it with the newer one.
