How do I program my Coolsat?

Hi Everybody. I am new to the free to air satellite, and i just bought coolsat 5000. How do i program it

I will like someone to tell me how i can program my coolsat 5000, and where to get the software to program it

It scan for channel but it did not show picture. It gave me message no information

"i need the program for echo 6, 8 and t5ku"

Was the reply from a Pager message.

"i need if tor echo 6/8 and t5ku, but it is not showing picture"
