How does the rumored sale of Dish to AT&T affect BEV?

Since it's now in Wall Street Jornal, it's not much of a rumor anymore. Probably just a matter of time.

If the deal goes through and AT&T actually buys Dish, how will this affect the Dish-BEV "tandem": same hardware, same software, Nagra, etc.?

If Dish is bought by AT&T then Echostar, a seperate entity, will still manufacture receivers for ExpressVu. I'd think that Echostar would still manufacture receivers for Dish as well.
