How long do you wait?

How long do you wait for the installer to show up? Dish Network said somewhere between 12 and 5 it's getting around to 6 o'clock now. Not even a phone call. I would think if you got "good" service someone would call and let you know if you're on the schedule or not. I wany my 622 hooked up.

I called Dish Back. I'm not happy

I called Dish back, they say there's no record of an install today. That's funny I called early in the day about the install and the person I talked to said "I see your install is between 12 and 5, even if he comes at 5 they stay until it's done. The new person I talked with said it's on the 10th. When I got the 622 I called to see about getting a earlier install date and they moved up the date to the 3th. It got screwed up somewhere. I'm not happy today. This sucks.
