How to end up with 2 HD receivers...

I currently have an 811 and a 625. I'd like to end up with (2) 211's and the 625.
I have 2 HD Tvs so the 622 won't work for 1080i output to the second set.

Any solution other than upgrade the 811 and buy and additional 211 somewhere...
