Had to start using instead of Harmony because of new wireless joey 4 not responding to some commands, particularly DVR. I looked at the single diamond options in remote setting but don't see it. Am I missing something?

Nope, not there. This is the Wireless Joey 4 I have.
On your J4, go to the gear icon in the upper right (settings) then Dish Settings, Remote.
Diamond settings are at the bottom of the page.

You can just hold the diamond buttons down to get a meu of items to program them for.
If Screen Format is in there n the Joey 4's, I'd be surprised
So did anyone find the format menu? I've been looking for it on my Hopper Plus. I can't get out of zoom on SD channels. It's not in the remote diamond options.
There isn't one. What is sent is what you'll see. The end.
They used to have one because the older transmitted channel was in 4:3, so you could set that channel to a wider aspect ratio. I found that out when an installer who was familiar with the area automatically just went to each channel and set it to wide.

I'm wondering the same thing. There is no option to change display format or aspect ratio on the Joey 4?
