how to get to 811 OTA channels w/o using the guide?

Is there anyway to go directly to the digital OTA channels using the 811 without having to go thru the guide or channel up/down? Is it possible to type in a digital OTA channel number on the remote and have direct access to those channels, and if so, how?

I have the 6000 and to go directly to an OTA channel I press (for channel12)
0121 it shows on the screen as 012-1. Select it, center button.

The 811 works the same way.

Don't forget the * button for changing the zoom/stretch.

Don't forget the channel number may not be what you expect. It could be either the true frequency or the remapped one.

At least my 811 is consistent with the ones it loses mapping on, so the family only had to learn 2 "new" channel numbers.
