Background Send Report Feature

• Press & Hold List button for 5 seconds
• Double-bonk sound will be heard to indicate start of process
  • In some cases, the double-bonk is suppressed if the STB is plugged into a Dolby Digital supported device and the Dolby Digital audio track is selected
• Check Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Info & Test > More System Info for status
  • Code will be seen next to ‘Completion Code’ list item, check back as it may take a few minutes to complete
  • Number at end of report key indicates status
    • 0 – Success
    • 9 – No Internet Connectivity
    • 10 – Transmission started
    • 11 – Transmission in progress
    • 12 – Transmission timed out
• There is still a one-report per hour limitation
• Please try and press & hold the LIST key as close to the actual problem being reported as possible
• Please continue to provide the report key when reporting problems
