I have seen a couple of times where the planner did not change the channel. Has anyone else seen this?

Is there a way to make it stay their every week? So we don't have to program everyweek for the same show...I like Smallville but forget to program it...Would be nice if it could be programed to stay without resetting! My 2 cents....HD=Voom

We've never been able to get it to work. We have a two-room set-up, neither work.

Is the "planner" the same entered via the "Reminder"

Press the button to add a reminder & the screen pops up a black dialog box that's empty. It never goes away or says anything in the box. We have to enter a random channel number to get out of it.

? suggestions appreciated, all. :)

Planner

I have had it not change channel for me once. Screen popped up and said it was going to change channels but didn't change.

Bukowski, you must have the old software.

Hmmm! :(

I've had VoOM on the phone, saying they were sending a fresh boot to me, with new updates.

Thanks for the tip, Darrell!

what now?
