Is there a way to get rid of the ad in the guide on my 722?

So I noticed this back in the summer with a friends 722. They had a strip across the bottom of the screen when in the guide that was advertising a pay per view movie and it said press * to order. I wasn't sure why they had this, but I was glad that on my 722 I didn't have this. Well, last night I used one of my pay per view coupons to order a pay per view movie. Now I noticed that this ad has been added to the bottom of my guide. Is there anyway to get rid of this? I had this thing on the bottom as it makes my guide look squished.
